What dedicated companies offer unmetered bandwidth to their customers (at a reasonable price)?

I don't think that there are any companies to do that, at a reasonable price. Usually it's all metered, so if you get a spike in traffic you might find your server closed.

If one is unmetered it will quickly be exposed by some spammers.

You just need to ask them and get the unlimited traffic plan, but it's going to be incredibly expensive.

I think you probably need to just find a company who does that and then ask. It's bound to vary from location to location and company to company.
