Can somebody help me and to recommend a reliable dedicated server in Europe?
One of my business offices is in Russia, but its not safe to order the same over there. So I need a dedicated server in Europe with a minimum ping to Moscow (87.249.9.33). I 've tried iWeb, but ping is about 140 ms, which is unacceptable (at least 50 ms seems to be OK). I need a very reliable service with a support in English. Configuration which I need is as follows:
1. CPU Inter Core Duo from 2 Ghz
2. Memory RAM: from 6 Gb
3. Hard drives: 2 x 160 Gb(with RAID software)
4. IP KVM
5. Internet: 10Mbit unlimited traffic (from 4 TB), 2 public IPs
6. Software: Windwos 2003 Standart + Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Workgroup
