None. I think they are all pretty much the same in the long run.

Really? I think there is a definite difference in hosting companies, and I have been with a few in the past few years with very different levels of service.

None, no one ever had a courteous and friendly customer service representative. I wonder if they were really trained to act as such. They are always defensive when asked about how their company performs.

Some may have good moments but it's the overall that is lacking. Too many businesses in the computer world aren't set up to put the customer first like they should.
