Really? I think there is a definite difference in hosting companies, and I have been with a few in the past few years with very different levels of service. __________________

None, no one ever had a courteous and friendly customer service representative. I wonder if they were really trained to act as such. They are always defensive when asked about how their company performs.

Some may have good moments but it's the overall that is lacking. Too many businesses in the computer world aren't set up to put the customer first like they should. __________________

Do you think resellers are better at customer service? I tend to think so simply because they have to work a bit harder to make their $... __________________
