Are there any hosting companies out there that will provide a discount for buying in bulk - more than a few servers at a time?

I think most companies will provide you with a discount if you buy in bulk. Ask.

What do you think I should ask for? Do you think its reasonable to ask for a free server if I am purchasing 5 at full price?

Of course it's reasonable. You should ask first if they have any kind of discount for bulk buying. If they don't, then ask for one.
