Are there any companies that specialize in providing management to maintain a dedicated server for just sending emails (not spam) and solve all the issues to have a smooth email marketing server?

There are automated e-mail managing programs that need just a few parameters changed by you and they provide statistics and what not. I'll come back later with links.
