Are there any companies that specialize in providing management to maintain a dedicated server for just sending emails (not spam) and solve all the issues to have a smooth email marketing server?

I believe there are, as I've had a friend that was doing research on the matter. I'll ask him and come back with more info.

Great - I will look forward to hearing from your friend. In the meantime I am trying to do all of this myself and it has become quite a hassle - any help would be greatly appreciated!

There are automated e-mail managing programs that need just a few parameters changed by you and they provide statistics and what not. I'll come back later with links.
