Hi !
I think you would have to decide which company to choose on the basis of your needs but make sure the hosting company provides 24/7 support via multiple methods like email, chat, phone, and support tickets.
For in-depth support needs, those methods are better than using a forum. However, a forum is still very useful because it provides a public venue where customers can interact with the host and with other customers in ways that aren't available in other support methods. A forum is used more as a way to build relationships with the customers rather than for support purposes.
