Not at this time, unfortunately. There are many hosting companies out there, but I don't know that any of a particularly wonderful reputation as far as customer service or technical support. __________________ Orry's Orations

Hi ! I think you would have to decide which company to choose on the basis of your needs but make sure the hosting company provides 24/7 support via multiple methods like email, chat, phone, and support tickets. For in-depth support needs, those methods are better than using a forum. However, a forum is still very useful because it provides a public venue where customers can interact with the host and with other customers in ways that aren't available in other support methods. Hi, I'm looking to buy a basic PC just for internet, e-mail and word processing. Since it is not for myself, but for somebody with a limited knowledge of computers I want to buy from a company that offers very good support preferably over the phone.
